The Ecosystem
Arch•OS combines bespoke AI, in-house design and quality-controlled manufacturing to standardise full-arch reconstruction.

Arch•OS AI™
Our bespoke, patent-pending AI models power our in-house design team, automating much of the case design. AI-assisted design, fully guided surgery, with your approval at every step.
Our designers use Arch•OS AI to work from your CBCT, intraoral scans and prescription, producing a proposed design that takes account of the anatomy and prosthetic requirements. They refine it and present it to you to approve, amend or reject.

Arch•OS Guide™
AI-assisted, 3D printed surgical guides designed to help transfer the approved plan to surgery.
AI-designed in-house and manufactured under our quality management system, using cleared or compliant guide materials. Stackable designs support bone reduction, implant placement and provisionalisation.
Arch•OS Immediate™
AI-assisted planning and fully guided surgery, with provisional prosthetics fitted at the time of surgery where clinically appropriate. Surgery for both jaws can often be completed in a single visit.
By standardising the surgical workflow we aim to reduce chair time. Pre-manufactured provisional prosthetics are designed to arrive ready to seat, reducing the need for intra-operative conversions. Treatment time varies and not every patient is suitable.

Arch•OS Final™
Supports a streamlined pathway to final prosthetics. Timing of loading is a clinical decision for each patient.
Our photogrammetry protocols capture implant positions digitally to support accurate, passively fitting PMMA or titanium frameworks, made using cleared materials and components.
Arch•OS Academy™
Training for partner clinicians in capturing the full digital dataset for AI-assisted design, and in the Arch•OS surgical protocols.
Hands-on training in the UK and Dubai covering the Arch•OS protocols for qualified surgeons.
Arch•OS Certified™
Arch•OS certification confirms completion of our training in the Arch•OS protocols. Clinicians must hold the registration and indemnity required in their own jurisdiction.
Arch•OS certification confirms completion of our training in the Arch•OS protocols. It does not replace professional registration or licensing.
