A Platform Built to Help Standardise Full-Arch Reconstruction.

Arch•OS was built on a single conviction: that treatment for the loss of a full dental arch should be more predictable and accessible for suitable patients at qualified clinics, ideally within a single surgical day.

The Problem We Solve

Full-arch dental implant reconstruction is one of the most complex procedures in modern dentistry. Historically, it demanded thousands of hours of accumulated experience before a clinician could plan and deliver cases with real confidence. Outcomes varied. Patients waited months — sometimes years — between extractions and a final smile.

Arch•OS is designed to reduce that variability. Our in-house designers use our AI design engine to turn your CBCT scans, intraoral data and facial photographs into a proposed surgical plan, which you review and approve. Our 3D-printed surgical guides are designed to help transfer that plan to surgery with a high degree of accuracy. And with our Immediate protocol, suitable patients can leave with fixed provisional teeth on the day of surgery.

The Arch•OS Certified network is growing, extending access to the Arch•OS workflow to more communities of patients.

After more than two decades treating patients, I stepped away from chairside clinical practice in 2019 to focus on a bigger challenge:

Today, I combine decades of clinical experience with the latest developments in digital dentistry, AI, guided surgery and engineering to improve patient outcomes and streamline the clinical workflow.

The goal is simple:

To make full-mouth implant reconstruction a standardised, consistently predictable and repeatable treatment that can be delivered at scale to the millions of people around the world who need it.

Paul Smullen - CTO

Paul has more than 30 years of experience building software, teams and businesses, and now specialises in applied AI.

At Arch•OS, Paul built an AI research team whose 3D medical imaging models now have patents filed and are used in the Arch•OS design and planning workflow. He also built the Arch•OS portal and led a custom LLM project for context-aware patient conversations designed with safety guardrails. Operationally he has moved the engineering teams onto AI-assisted development platforms and assists all departments to safely and securely adopt AI tools.

Paul is now focussed on scaling Arch•OS globally leveraging the latest in AI technology at every opportunity.

Dr. Brittney Barrow, DMD

Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Brittney Barrow is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon based in Atlanta, specialising in dental implant surgery, full-arch reconstruction and bone grafting. She earned her DMD at Boston University. She then completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery fellowship at Harlem Hospital Center and four years of surgical training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, a Level I trauma centre. She has performed more than a thousand surgical cases and is skilled in IV sedation and general anaesthesia.

Dr. Barrow is excited to support Arch•OS’s expansion into the United States and its mission to advance dental implant care through innovative technology and surgical solutions. She is committed to shaping the future of implant dentistry by combining surgical expertise with emerging technologies that improve treatment planning, precision and clinical outcomes.
